On March 7th 2014, we were delighted to be able to have representation at the Ehlers-Danlos Awareness Ireland National Conference 2014. 

We held an information table for the entire day with information on both Marfan syndrome and Loeys-Dietz syndrome.  The table was busy throughout the day with people interested to learn and find out more about both conditions, which are similar is so many ways to Ehlers-Danlos.

Rachel Martin also was a guest speaker at the Conference and gave an overview of both Marfan and Loeys-Dietz syndromes as well as a personal account of living with Loeys-Dietz syndrome.

The day was a huge success all round and we are greatful to Ehlers-Danlos Awareness Ireland for inviting us along.
